What if Encompass revolutionizes home interaction with mixed reality technology and lightweight devices, allowing users to control their smart home with everyday objects and habits?
MULTI-AFFORDANCE
The lightweight mixed reality (MR) devices offer unlimited control over everyday objects, allowing users to manage their homes without the need for dedicated controllers.
POSTURE-BASED AUTOMATION

Thanks to the tracking nature of MR devices, the system can unlock more intuitive automation by tracking and learning from users' daily habits and postures, further reducing the steps of reaching the home settings that fit the users’ needs.
CONFIGURATION & CUSTOMIZATION
Even with the existence of light weighted MR devices, the mobile phone will still not be easily replaced in the future. In our system, the user will have the ability to set up the automation through portable devices from a third-person view, or setup through postures from a first-person view.
