Project Brief

To advocate children's right to play by creating systems that allow them to play and learn at the same time. Our goal is not to help them pass school exams, but to arouse their interest in school subjects.

Research & Discovery

We set out to gather the perspectives of parents and teachers. Their stories revealed three common concerns:

Kids do not have enough play time at school

Key Insight 1

Most parents put their kids' education in first place

Key Insight 2

Teachers in primary school may not have the time to work with kids individually

Key Insight 3

Persona

To better address the needs of parents and teachers, we crafted personas based on our interviews. By empathizing with their experiences, we were able to develop a tailored solution.

Developing a Strategy

With a clear direction, we devised a marketing strategy and distribution channels to effectively reach our target audience.

We also explored the ecosystem surrounding Rimmo, identifying opportunities for innovation and recognizing potential constraints.

MAIN FLOW 1 — ONBOARDING & PLAYING

Rimmo introduces children to an engaging world where play and learning intertwine.

MAIN FLOW 2 — EDUCATION
